Massimiliano Mainolfi

After completing his studies in Naples, Massimiliano moved to New York to train at The Juilliard School with the legendary Oxana Yablonskaya. A “Young Concert Artist” winner, he made his debut at Carnegie Hall in 1996. Since then, he has performed as a soloist and chamber musician across Europe, the US, and South Africa, including a broadcast debut at the Berlin Philharmonie. He currently records for Decca Italy and serves as a Professor at the Hochschule für Musik in Nuremberg, Germany.

Candace Chien

A graduate of The Juilliard School and the Manhattan School of Music, Candace is a dynamic pianist and dedicated educator. She currently serves as a staff pianist at Juilliard and has held faculty positions at the Summit Music Festival and the International Music Academy in Castelnuovo di Garfagnana. Her students have performed at Carnegie Hall and won numerous competitions. Fun fact: apart from the keys, Candace is a wiz in the kitchen and has even appeared on Food Network’s Cooks vs. Cons!

Antonio Pompa-Baldi

Born in Foggia, Italy, Antonio launched his international career by winning the 1999 Cleveland International Piano Competition and taking Silver at the Van Cliburn. The New York Times describes his playing as “meltingly beautiful.” He performs on five continents and sits on the juries of the world’s most prestigious competitions. A Distinguished Professor at the Cleveland Institute of Music, he is also the founder and artistic director of the Todi International Music Masters Festival.
